The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Private Client Partner, to join their leading department, based in the West End of London.

Broad Caseload Management: Your client base will include but not be limited to; Business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals, and individuals in the public eye, as well as your everyday run-of-the-mill client.
The caseload will include but not be limited to; Wills and probates, trusts, estates, and lasting powers of attorney.

Strategic Leadership: You will work with the other partners to develop and implement the departments strategic plans and initiatives, contributing to the firm's overarching growth plan. You will work closely with the corporate department.

Client Development and Acquisition: You will lead the way in acquiring and fostering key client relationships, driving the department and firm's success.

Mentorship and Development: Be a mentor and guide to our junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be commercially minded and have had experience developing business relationships
• Experience in mentoring and developing more junior colleagues is to advantage but not essential
• Package is competitive and dependent on your background
