The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Partner to join its flagship office based in the heart of London's West End.

• The firm is seeking to hire a new partner for their flourishing corporate commercial department. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy. You will work alongside three other corporate commercial partners who deal with a broad palette of work
• You will work with the other partners to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
• You will deal with a diverse and broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will act for national and international entrepreneurs, directors, and members as well as limited companies, LLPs, PLCs and multinational corporations.
  
  The caseload will include but not be limited to; M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, investment, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

About you

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 8 years of PQE+
