The Role
In this role, you will join a highly respected, knowledgeable Private Client and Residential Conveyancing team. The firm is looking for an NQ to work with a motivated team in their Inverness office.
Regarding private clients, you will be offered a refreshing mix of work. You will be providing relevant advice on asset protection, tax planning, wills and executry. This firm has a well-respected private client team in Inverness, so there will always be work for a range of clients in their network.
Your role will also focus closely on Residential Conveyancing, managing residential transactions, landed estates, crofting law and rural conveyancing. Being based in a rural area of Scotland, this will offer you the chance to gain urban and rural exposure to residential property.
Covering two practice areas, the firm asks that the right candidate have experience in both fields while having a passion to continue to grow their career across both.
Working directly with experienced Partners in your team, you will be in a strong position to develop professionally as you progress through a leading Scottish-based firm and continue to gain an array of market knowledge.

- Is a Private Client and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ)
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, ensuring you meet deadlines
- Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike
- Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
