We are supporting our client, a prestigious accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its thriving London office . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-profile clients across multiple industries, providing expert tax advisory and compliance services while driving business growth and leading a team of talented professionals.

As a Corporate Tax Manager , you will play a key leadership role in the firm’s tax division, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the corporate tax compliance process , ensuring accurate and timely completion of corporation tax returns
• Providing expert tax planning and advisory services , including M&A transactions, R&D tax relief, corporate restructuring, and international tax matters
• Managing client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for added-value services
• Leading and mentoring a team of corporate tax professionals , providing guidance, technical training, and performance management
• Liaising with HMRC and other relevant stakeholders , handling complex tax queries and negotiations
• Driving business development initiatives , contributing to client proposals, networking events, and cross-department collaboration to generate new business opportunities
• Staying up to date with the latest tax legislation , ensuring clients remain compliant and benefit from strategic tax planning opportunities

To be successful in this role, you should have:

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (CTA preferred)

Significant experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services within a reputable accountancy firm
Proven ability to lead client relationships and provide strategic tax advice
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and international tax matters
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire a team
A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify business development opportunities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
