FULL-TIME ROLE
A fantastic primary school in the heart of Westminster is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the Year 4 class, helping to deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and personal development. You will provide targeted support to small groups of students, helping them build key skills while assisting with the day-to-day activities of the classroom.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A solid understanding of primary education, with experience supporting students in core subjects such as literacy and numeracy.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in Year 4 or a similar age group.
- Confidence in supporting both academic activities and general classroom management to help create a positive learning environment.
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field is desirable.
- Availability for the rest of the full academic year, Monday to Friday.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to apply for one).
- Professional references and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
